I saw. very good. Work on raining up, the sooner you hit MAJ the better. Basically youre more liekly to get a spot the more kills/higher rank you have.

does the icog team have any experience/practice?

Yes, each of our team members has a huge history with tournaments of some kind. Most have WOGL experience, however ICOG is new to some members. I'm a former WOGL player, as is AlterEgo. I have been hosting tournaments with AlterEgo for about 3 months now, and had been hosting them privately and publicly for about the past 2 years. AlterEgo is on of the founding owners of The Weekly Haze, nexon largest tournament hosting group. AngelsFire is my lead admin, and is experienced using no backpacks and MANY GP weapon, so although I'm not sure of her tournament status, she has participated in our private tournaments several times, and trust me, she is more than adequate for our team.
